Let’s Set your business up to thrive

Project Manager

The project manager owns the project from start to finish. Your project manager will manage the project, the team with input on the project, and the workflow app such as Asana on a daily basis.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager keeps your moving parts moving cohesively in the background. They will address any issues that may arise (and they will always arise – most likely when it is most inconvenient). They will work collaboratively with your team members.

Processes

An operations manager will implement the processes that you already have in place. If you are a newly formed company, with your input, an operations  manager can create your SOPs which are a vital part of your growing business.

Personnel

Human Resources helps to keep the human element of your business running efficiently and effectively.  Your operations manager needs to be able to work cohesively with your human resources director and/or department.

Financials

Much like human resources helps to keep the human element of your business running efficiently and effectively, your financial team helps to keep the financial growth moving in the right direction in a sustainable manner.  It’s imperative that your operations manager be on the same page and support your financial team in the most effective, efficient way possible. There are many tasks your operations manager can research and set up for your financial team which in turn will save you money on billing.

Reporting

Whether through written reports, weekly meetings, Quarterly All Hands Meetings or all of the above, your operations manager is responsible for keeping the owners and leadership team apprised of the progress of internal projects and processes.  Your operations manager will communicate to you what is flowing cohesively and what may need tweaking and/or changes internally.

Project Manager

Your project manager is the professional responsible for managing the project from start to finish or on a daily basis if it is ongoing. This individual will advise and inform the team throughout and notify leadership of any issues along the way.
